Fairly toxic work environment, many people staying and keeping their heads down because of the good compensation package. If you're able to keep off the radar it can be okay. The schools claims of long average tenure is no longer true, many people have left over the past 2-3 years. Retirement plan is incredibly minimal, healthcare is incredibly poor and you will have to supplement your own.
