It's a little jungle school and a lot of flexibility is required. The pay is commensurate with the area. The owner tries very hard and there are genuine benefits to working here. Just not monetary. It's actually a CGC school, but that isn't listed so I went with the American bc the owner is from there. But Japanese American, so has an international mindset. I also picked a fee per child but I don't think there's ever been a teacher who had a child, so no idea.
