Note: health insurance and family members are not considered during the first year-a teacher must complete first year and renew to bring family or have children in the school or receive school health insurance. While there is no contractual extracurricular requirement, teachers will be voluntold they "need" to do such-and-so club. Housing is provided to teachers in local condominiums. There are frequent requirements to work/teach on Saturdays. No extra compensation is given for the additional days; the school states that since they pay teachers for the whole month of April (when school ends between the 10th and 14th), that is compensation. However, the math does not correspond to the extra work.
